We want you and your child to love LingoToy. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging

⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items. This product is designed for children, and we maintain strict quality standards for all resold items.

Defective or Damaged Items on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives damaged or with a factory defect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send photos or video clearly showing the issue
We handle the rest — no hassle, no arguments

Your options:

Free replacement shipped within 24 hours, or
Full refund including original shipping costs

Shipping Costs

• Change of mind — Customer pays return shipping. If the return meets all conditions, we refund the return shipping cost after inspection.

• Our error (defective, wrong item, damaged) — We pay all shipping costs. No cost to you.
